A Message From Jennifer Redfering

I've been an employee of Big Brothers Big Sisters for 25 years . . . but I've been a mentor with the organization even longer. What has kept me here so long? The success of our mission . . . mentoring is impactful! My current Little Sister is a junior in high school . . . she's brave, funny, smart as a whip, and caring. She is the coolest young person and I feel so lucky to have been a part of her life over the past 9 years, but I am even more excited to see what lays ahead as we will be lifelong friends!
