For 19 years working at Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters has been a rewarding experience. I have seen matches develop lifelong friendships. With the challenges young people face during their adolescent years, they need guidance, support, and positive role models who stand with them and their caregivers supporting them to succeed.
