Mentors shaped my life in ways they'll never know. Caring adults pushed me to grow, to aspire for greater things and provided me with the tools I needed to thrive. They didn't know they were mentoring me, and I didn't know I was being mentored, but their investment in me continues to pay dividends. At Big Brothers Big Sisters, I've had the honor of intentionally creating opportunities for youth to be mentored. For youth to be paired with caring adult mentors to guide, coach, listen, encourage and celebrate each small success along the way.
